Michael Barack serves as President of Hat Trick Consultants, LLC and has over 20 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry.

Prior to joining HTC, Barack was an owner and President of the Texas Brahmas Hockey Club, member of the Western Professional Hockey League and Central Hockey League, for over a decade. He was responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the team, and under his leadership, the Brahmas steadily increased ticket sales, corporate support, public awareness and community involvement.

Stuart A. Fraser serves as CEO of Hat Trick Consultants, LLC, as well as Vice Chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald, LP and the Executive Marketing Director of Cantor Fitzgerald Securities. He is the primary inventor of several U.S. patents pertaining to electronic trading systems and in 1999, Cantor Fitzgerald used them to to create eSpeed, Inc., the leading provider of real-time business-to-business electronic marketplace solutions.

Fraser was majority owner of the Texas Brahmas Hockey Club, member of the Western Professional Hockey League and Central Hockey League, from 1998 until 2013.
